BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:

Book Ahead:
We ask that all participants book classes atleast 2-hours in advance, however you may book months in advance if you want to plan your routine. The cutoff to book is 30-minutes prior to class start time to give our Coaches and staff time to prepare. 

Dress Appropriately:
It’s gonna get hot! Dress appropriately and wear shorts or form fitting pants and a breathable top.  Please change into your fitness attire before you arrive. 

Cancellations/No Shows:
BPM has a strict 6-hour (June 10, 2022) cancellation policy. If you are unable to cancel before 6-hours of your class start time, or no show, your account will be charged a $21 late/no show fee. If you have a punch card, you will not lose the punch. If you are sick, feeling unwell, or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 do not attend the studio, remove yourself from class prior to the 6-hour cutoff. This policy applies in all circumstances. 

CHECKING IN:

Arrive Early:

Please arrive at least 5-minutes prior to class start time. After class or waiting for a class, feel free to chill in our lounge.

Check In:
When you arrive, enter through the door marked “BPM.” We’ll sign you in at the desk, provide you class details, and give you a quick tour. 

Waiver:
Signthe waiver when you create your profile or sign on-site. Always be sure to read carefully and ask questions if you do not understand.

Terms and Conditions:
BPM’s BPM Terms and Conditions must be agreed to before your class including our membership pause policy. Please read these and let us know if you have any questions.
