Description

Bootcamp is a full-body workout that incorporates HIIT, circuit training, and functional exercises using a variety of equipment to build strength, improve cardio, and have a ton of fun. This 60 minute class is perfect for any skill level. New to exercise? Don’t worry, our Coaches are experts at regressing movements, providing the right Coaching cues, or giving alternatives to get you moving.

Warm-Up

Your Coach is ready to help you get the most of your workout with a 5 to 10-minute warm-up that’ll get your heart pumping, muscles thumping, and body ready for action.

Demonstration + Skill

Every Bootcamp class is different, and our Coaches are trained to get you as ready as possible with exercise demonstrations and skill work. We’ll teach you the necessary techniques and biomechanics to get the most out of your workout.

Grind Time!

Get ready for 60 minutes of sweat! Our Coaches will guide you, support you, and motivate you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned athlete, we’ve got you!

Stretch/Cool Down

This is when we cool down, focus on recovery, and celebrating one kick-ass workout. We’ll target the main muscles we used in the workout to ensure you achieve the best recovery possible.
